Mercury retrograde: almost finito. Which means things are back to normal tomorrow—or so they say.
To the divas who went off grid or spent the month secretly plotting their next move: welcome back. To the newcomers: finally, you made it. WTF took you so long? And to those hanging by a thread, doomscrolling TikTok (or worse, X), no judgment. If you’re picking up what we’re putting down, you’re exactly where you need to be.
Enough chit-chat. Cue the tea.

While we’re all vibing, let’s revisit a few cultural and fashion moments that might’ve slipped through the cracks, Because honestly, what is going on lately? Aside from the girlies flooding our inboxes with the same newsletter jargon?
Some Substacks are worth every read. Others… not so much. The space is getting saturated, and we’re craving voices with a bit more bite. Guess that’s why we’re here…
Anyway, fashion. Or should we say, Fashion Weak? Just kidding, we actually loved what we remember from the AW25 shows. They came and went in a blur. You've forgotten already? Must’ve been those Trump tariffs b*tch-slapping us harder than expected—only a June Gemini would turn the apocalypse into a press conference. *Deep sigh. Let’s take a minute to really think about it. What look from NY, London, Milan or Paris is still holding space in our minds?
Kholi: It’s giving “cut ties with her rich family, moved somewhere warmer, and now she’s surrounded by people who guffaw at everything.” She’s happy, free, confused, lonely, and a total mess, but all in the best way.
Prada is just so good at storytelling—stories that might feel different to each beholder, but still carry a clear narrative. The kind that sticks with you.
Verity: Exactly. Now, I know we had our disagreements over Acne Studios’ collection, but this look perfectly aligns with my need to keep up appearances since relocating to Barcelona—bare legs and a big jumper like a true Brit living abroad.
K: Pertinent question: Of the three major debuts (Julian Klausner at Dries Van Noten, Haider Ackermann at Tom Ford and Sarah Burton at Givenchy), which one made you think, 'Okay, this is a moment. A DEBUT to remember'?
V: Hmm, it’s a toss-up between Givenchy and Tom Ford, but I’m leaning towards Sarah Burton’s big ‘G’ debut. The dreamy, buttery coat with the bin bag-cum-scarf did a lot for me, and every snatched silhouette in general was a winner. A collection by a woman, for women.

K: That butter-yellow coat with the bin-bag scarf is iconic. Honestly, it almost made me overlook that opening mesh bodysuit. The Givenchy logo stamped across the chest? Unforgivable.
I'm on a no-new-clothes kick for myself this year, so I've been deep-scrolling Vinted and Vestiaire. But if I had to imagine what I'd be hunting down secondhand a few years from now based on the AW25 debuts? It’s gotta be Haider Ackermann’s Tom Ford.
V: Quick rant, did you know the b*stards at Vinted have blocked my account? I’ve yet to buy or sell anything, but if that’s the game they want to play, then call me a Depop princess from now on.

K: I need to know what kind of chaos you unleashed to deserve that.
V: Mate, me too. Stay tuned for updates.
New here? Well, grab a cup! There’s plenty of tea for everyone:
LEWKS ASIDE, WHAT ELSE IS HAPPENING?

☕️ Azealia Banks on her Euro tour. (Her description of Prague is f*cking hilarious.) Full set here.
☕️ Speaking of tours, baby, what is going on at Usher HQ lately? Those waist trainers? The bouncing t*tties? This spiritual exchange?! Better left in the Past Present Future.
☕️ Jonathan Saunders. Remember him? (Nope, Verity neither). Another caucasian-credentialed man landing yet another fashion job. Yawn.
☕️ MGC’s not stepping down without a showdown as Dior lawsuit rumours swirl.
☕️ Two outta three Beckham brothers are caught in a ‘sibling smorgasbord’ after reports of Romeo dating Brooklyn’s ex. Ew.
☕️ We visited the vintage store behind THAT White Lotus bikini top IRL and it did not disappoint. *Adds to recs.
☕️ Not new new, but Kholi fell down a #Neverworns YouTube rabbit hole—and honestly, it was a treat.
☕️ The Bobo Choses x Camper collab is so friggen’ cute. Mommas, papas, do your thing (Kholi’s currently begging for a size 22 in these).
☕️ And while we’re on the topic of parents, A$AP Rocky and Rihanna might as well add 'family planners' to their bios at this point, because Robyn’s looking a tad expectant—and it’s definitely not an album drop!
